Wow what a treat for our eyes Sam. I really wish Sophia Vegara could wear something a lot less tighter..she is so beautiful and would really love her to take some risks.

Here are my faves: Kaley Cuoco looks amaze in Vera Wang, Julianne Hough's look is risky but I think its working..very trendy. Mindy looks awesome, soo chic and Kerry Washington is killing it. But my ultimate favourite is Kiernan in the bright midi dress; she looks chic..the dress is fresh and young like her.

I always want to bitch slap Cat Deeley's stylist. she is so beautiful and yet they always put her in the most hideous outfits. The silhouette is completely unflattering.

Rakhshan said...

the ones I like are few this time, I love Kaley Couco's makeup and dress, Heidi Klum's dress looks great on her, Allison Williams, Allison Hannigan and the color of Zoey Dechannel's dress is fabulous.
the worst dressed would be Claire Dane, the dress is doing nothing for her figure inspite of being a beautiful dress!
Have a great week hun! x

So much to chose from and so little time. I would love to attend an event like this in the first and second to the last dress. Thanks for posting the photos and welcome to mine anytime.

I love Sarah Hyland's dress! Wow, it is so pretty and it stood out most to me like a sore thumb. The fabrics of the dress are so stunning on her! I was shocked at whoever styled Clair Danes though... That dress is so not flattering on her, but it is the plunging neckline that made it not work at all. I would love to see Clair and Zoey in jewel toned dresses too because they are so fair and have such beautiful skin, but the colors blended too much with their skin tones. Wow, I am being critical here. I just have a stylist eye and am drawn to what needs fixed immediately. LOL! I hope you have a good night Sam, and I appreciate your comment on my post yesterday! :)

Julie brown had the coolest train for gowns, she's the winner! Was watching e-news and she said she had to lose some pounds to fit into that dress. lol. Things women do to look good. :) I love coming by ur blog cos I get a good summary of an event.

Lilli said...

Morning Sam! Hope you had a lovely weekend. Thanks for the roundup, I actually havent the chance to see all the looks in once. I think the ladies were super stunning in some way and the gowns they wore are truly dreamy! I can tell you my fav ever is Allison Williams, I am surprised to say so since the gown by Ralph Lauren is really simple but the simplicity and the color just caught my eyes! Whilst, I like less Lily Rabe, I think the asymmetrical dress doesnt suit her, as well as the hairstyle. Kisses dear, have a great week ahead! xo

This is the hardest decision I've had to make! Everyone looks so good - but if I have to pick a best dressed- I'd say Amanda Peet because I am drooling over her dress! The worst is tough but I'd go with Zosia Mamet becaue that dress makes her chest look like a 90 year old (or a 9 year old's) bosom! And Mayim Bialiks dress is pretty but I'm not loving the shoulder fluff.

I'd love it if you stop by my blog and give me your opinion on my fashion week favorites. You are the best at covering fashion, and I'd love to hear what you think!

How the hell did you get all of this together so quickly?? All of the photos and designers and you grouped them and made sense of everything! As for the dresses, I can't said I'm impressed, I'm definitely more impressed by your work!:) All of the gowns seem so mediocre, although I can appreciate the craftsmanship of some of them, for example Linda Cardellini's Donna Karan dress looks pretty cool.

I saw a lot of these dresses from the Emmys. I think Michelle Dockery's dress is gorgeous. It's simple, yet chic. I also really like Julie Bowen's dress. It's a little dramatic, but I think the color is so delicate and the top part is gorgeous! I read a lot of negative reviews on her look after the Emmys premiere, but just think this dress is so pretty!!
