As our fashion tour of the Cannes 2013 Film Festival draws to a close this weekend, the red carpet has heated up with even more impressive outfits. This is Part Three of my Cannes coverage, snap the link if you missed Part One & Two. Click on the images for a larger view.

Feminine Flair
Selita Ebanks plays princess in a pastel pink tulle confection with floral embroidered bodice. Petra Nemcova was ravishing in a tea-rose Elie Saab wrap gown, garnished with shimmering beadwork. Mexican beauty Ximena Navarette displayed the perfect construction of Zac Posen in a lavender corset dress with layered mermaid skirt. Zhang Ziyi stunningly crafted in a lilac embellished Elie Saab gown.

Black Magic
Paz Vega redeems herself by going simplistic in a black Vionnet dress with low neck. Karolina Kurkova wears a hip-hugging Roberto Cavalli dress with cut-out sides. Irina Shayk dons a sultry black Cavalli number with intrepid low neck & cut-out bodice. Bianca Balti was beautifully dressed in a black frill-tiered gown with lace sleeves by Alberta Ferretti. A blonde Kat Graham went goth princess in a lace bodice dress with fringed peplum by Marchesa.

White Wash
Erin Heatherton was celestial in a white scalloped lace-edged gown by Emilio PucciKylie Minogue was garmented in a plunge-neck Roberto Cavalli dress with decorative gold cut-outs on the waist. Eva Herzigova made a Cannes red carpet appearence in a chic white Christian Dior column gown with draped shoulder. Chanel Iman was almost bridal in a classic white gown with structured boxy shoulders and long sleeves. Marion Cotillard has elegance down to a fine art, she wears a timeless white long-sleeved dress with side frill by Dior.

Cordon Bleu
Jessica Chastain was striking in a cobalt blue jewel encrusted Givenchy gown which enhanced her hourglass figure. Czech beauty Petra Nemcova picked out a fetching navy blue embellished Elie Saab illusion dress. Milla Jovovich wore a gemstone studded bodice with midnight blue ballroom skirt by Armani Privé. Brazilian model Izabel Goulart sizzled in a curve-hugging teal blue sheer embroidered gown by Elie SaabAraya A Hargate was fully fringed in an indigo blue halter dress by Salvatore Ferragamo.

Ivory Evenings

Turkish actress Saadet Askoy was romantically dressed in a taupe lace adorned long-sleeved gown by ValentinoNicole Kidman is an image of grace in an ivory lace embroidered Valentino gown with high-neck & full skirt. Milla Jovovich displayed her feminine side in a cream Valentino frock, decked with floral embellishments & a frilly tiered skirt.

Bedazzled
Aishwarya Rai turned to a more traditional look, wearing an ornate gold sari with mandarin collared blouse by Tarun Tahiliani. Alessandra Ambrosio glossed up in a fully sequined slinky gunmetal grey Roberto Cavalli gown. British singer Ellie Goulding sparkled in a silver Patricia Bonaldi dress with sheer embellished overlay. Olivia Palermo donned a shimmering liquid gold Cavalli gown with an embellished blazer and fringed clutch.

B&W

Olga Stepanenko channels the black & white trend in a striped strapless ballgown by Oscar de la Renta. Anna Dello Russo brought her eccentric style to Cannes in a white cropped tank top & flamenco frilled skirt with daring slit by Balenciaga. Ulyana Sergeenko looked stately in one of her own designs with scooped out neck & contrast print puff sleeves & train. Zhang Ziyi posed in a zebra print peplum dress with black tulle overlay by Giambattista Valli. Nicole Kidman changed paces in a white sequined dress with ruffled hemline & red heels by Chanel.

Leading the Trail
Zhang Yuqi impresses yet again in form-fitting gown with long fishtail train by Roberto Cavalli. Alessandra Ambrosio went Grecian in a stunning ivory gown with chiffon trail by Zuhair Murad. Olivia Palermo took a walk on the wild side in a coquettish one-strap leopard print frock with side split by none other than Roberto Cavalli. Liu Wen was enchanting in her choice of a polished cream v-neck Roberto Cavalli gown with trailing skirt.

Berry Haute
Jessica Hart was remarkably sophisticated in a contoured raspberry ribbed column gown. Stacy Keibler stood out in an aubergine impeccably tailored Zac Posen gown with bow-decked corset and fishtail skirt. Irina Shayk was a vision in cerise pink, wearing a decadently beaded gown by Elie Saab. Stylist Louise Roe wore an eye-catching grape and cranberry red baroque printed gown by Randa Salamoun. Lily Donaldson picked an attractive cherry red Asian inspired gown by Emilio Pucci. Jessica Chastain exuded refinement in a redcurrant Saint Laurent gown with cut-out bodice and tie-up asymmetrical shoulder.

Leg Room
Isabeli Fontana showed off her incredible figure in a sexy black gown with lace insert neckline and cut-out sides. Heidi Klum was alluring in a white crystal studded one-shouldered Versace corset dress with thigh-high split. Joan Smalls was uniquely styled in a long-sleeved flower patterned sequin dress with sheer white skirt and floral adorned hemline, which is by GivenchyIzabel Goulart put her best foot forward in a black strapless Emilio Pucci dress with Angelina-inspired slit. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley displayed effortless elegance in a simple short white Christian Dior dress with rounded high-low hemline.

Closing Ceremony
Uma Thurman wore a molten silver strapless Atelier Versace gown with paneled bodice & flowing skirt. French beauty Sylvie Tellier twinkled in a glorious emerald green long-sleeved Andrew Gn gown. Nicole Kidman was regal in a white Armani Privé dress with Swarovski studded bodice & structured V-neck. Audrey Tautou lent her charm to the festival in a cardinal red ballgown with carnation pink criss-cross waistband & straps. Zhang Ziyi used her final Cannes 2013 appearance to her best advantage, gorgeous in a lace beaded Elie Saab gown.

Marion Cotillard and Nicole Kidnamn are naturally elegant and beautiful. But I find Rosie Huntington Whiteley effortless style so refreshing. Happy Weekend Sam.

I'm not sure on this one, I think I love Anna dello Russo best... I feel like the red carpet is less interesting now than at the beginning, don't you ?

Olivia said...

Hmm the last section... I like the floral dress but as a short dress.

The Leading the Trail dresses are all such stunners! I love the long length and chic femininity about them <3
Also, thanks so much for your encouraging words Sam. I love your comments :)
Oh, and as for Senior pictures, they're just a tradition in the US that high school Seniors get extra nice photos done their last year. I know a lot of kids that spend 100's of dollars just to get fancy photographers to get cool photos of them.

I checked out all three posts and seriously, it's hard to choose my favourite outfits, there were so many incredible ones! As for your questions, I graduated from high school a month ago tomorrow, sat all of my final exams and now I have 4 months of summer holidays... I think I have too much time on my hands now, haha! How about you? I missed you so much, honey :)

Morning Sam! Going to miss your roundup of the Cannes looks! I agree with you, this third part is the most gorgeous of all, should be featured also the Cara's look, though is in the first part!:) Btw, all the ladies impressed me in some way and there are many fav so is better told you the ones I dislike: Anna Dello Russo was too eccentric in my opinion a not suitable outfit for Red Carpet (though I always like to see her style) and Olivia Palermo (whom her style simply adore) with the first shimmering Cavally gown: too bad for her in my opinion it didnt stand up her gentle silhouette, while is perfect with the second leopard print Cavalli gown:) Happy weekend my dear, big hugs!! xo
