Friday Frills

The greatest joy ... Giving
The most destructive habit ... Worry
The greatest loss ... Self Respect
The highest praise ... Acknowledgement

The most satisfying work ... Helping Others
The worst personality trait ... Selfishness
Our greatest natural resource... Our Youth
The most endangered species ... Dedicated Leaders

The biggest setback ... Fear
The hardest thing to overcome ... Loss
The most crippling disease ... Excuses
The most worthless emotion ... Self-Pity

The best source of support ... Encouragement
The deadliest weapon ... The Tongue
The worst thing to be without ... Hope
The most effective sleeping pill ... Peace of Mind

The greatest asset... Faith
The greatest virtue ... Honesty
The most prized possession ... Integrity
The most powerful force in life ... Love

The most powerful form of communication ... Prayer
The most dangerous word exchange ... Gossip
The best form of gratitude ... Appreciation

The two most power-filled words ... I Can
The most contagious spirit ... Enthusiasm
Your most beautiful attire ... A Smile

Morning Sam! The last phrase is my fav: the most beautiful attire (and I would add make up) is a smile. I think is the key to also gain and fight the other things you listed upon, only with a positive and trustful attitude we can have a fully life:) Worry is just a waste of time! I also agree with the fact love is the most powerful force in life, it can change everything and in better..:) Btw, thanks a bunch for stopping in dear, sorry Tofu isnt available from you, here yes and I would love to be able to cook in different ways, thats why I always browse some recipes on web (in Italian tradition isnt very used!). Will follow also your tip regarding mint leaves in the green tea, I know about the link with loss of weight, it is really great for metabolism, to increase it, actually I cant live without my usual cup a day!:) Kisses dear, happy Friday! xo

Dear Sam, again words that need to be printed! I especially liked the worst loss, the best joy, the deadliest weapon, the worst thing to be without and the best attire! Giving, self respect, the tongue, hope and a smile! So true! I wouldnt miss your Friday Frills, never! I wrote on the blog that I am preparing the new trip, but I was also busy with medical tests. Not so good at all, but also not so awful the way I expected! Will tell you on Monday! Hope you are fine! denisesplanet com
