Poppy Delevingne for Vero Moda 2013

Taking some of the spotlight off her younger sister Cara, Poppy Delevingne stars as the newest ambassador for European brand Vero Moda. The 26-year-old Brit It-Girl lends her beauty and urban glamour to the label for their Spring 2013 ad campaign.

This season, Vero Moda revamps the basics to blend in with the latest trends. Denim shirts and biker jackets are given a floral makeover, while jeans and elegant shirts are printed in bold stripes. The transition into Spring becomes stylishly simpler with savvy animal printed sweaters, lightweight parka coats and military vests.

What makes Vero Moda different is their more subtle take on trends. They allow for even the most timeless of dressers to buy into the hottest fads without comprising on quality or classic fashion practice. Easy-to-wear, instantly chic and interchangeable, each piece of this collection makes for a versatile addition to your Spring closet.

I would love to shop the striped themed range in this Spring collection. Vero Moda provides shipping within the UK and Europe. You can start your shopping on their website here

Sherri Hill's Spring 2013 Prom Queens

Kendall and Kylie Jenner have been gracefully catapulted into the world of modeling, following in the footsteps of their famous older siblings (The Kardashian Klan). The Jenner sisters lend their stunning looks and striking poses to Sherri Hill's Spring 2013 campaign, decked out in vibrant and fanciful Prom, Pageant and Party dresses. This impressively shot campaign highlights their natural beauty and flair for being in front of the camera.

Sherri Hill brings glamour, fun and frivolity to the dance floor with an exquisite and elaborate array of long and short dresses to suit your party style. Sorbet shaded dresses scattered with shimmering crystals and delicate lace, and lengthy flowing chiffon gowns that ooze grown-up sophistication. Flirty tulle, feathered and frilled frocks will add a touch of extravagance and playfulness to your night. The subtlety of rosé pink is vividly contrasted by serene aquamarine and a punchy bubblegum pink. While elegant ruby red and emerald green gowns provide a more dramatic alternative to the set of pretty pastels and cherubic whites.

Party Girl or Prom Princess...here is a look at the 2013 fairytale collection by Sherri Hill.

Gazing over these gorgeous gowns makes me wish I could relive my prom - all those hours of maths would be worth it for a day in one of these dresses, don't you think? Or perhaps it's not too late to be belle of the ball at the next wedding/party/fashion event? My dream dresses are Kylie's pale pink confections in Set 6 and Kendall's asymmetrical white & gold wonder in Set 8. Which are yours?

Fall 2012 Trends by Nordstrom

Nordstrom have released their impressive style guide for Fall 2012, citing the most significant runway and designer trends. The 'Portraits of Style' Fall 2012 Lookbook compacts everything we need to know about this season's fashion fads, gracefully displayed by some of the biggest names on the modeling scene. This elegantly shot campaign gives us a comprehensive idea on what colours, silhouettes, prints and shapes to wear this Fall.

The oversized coat. This season, winter coats are larger than life and cut on a bias with a rounded shape, keeping details to a minimal. Jeneil Williams wears a radiant crimson red over-the-knee Jil Sander collarless coat. Denmark's Gertrud Hegelund displays chic modernism in an ultramarine blue Celine coat.

Sombre Vs Sheer. A shadowy gothic theme prevails this fall with heavier all black ensembles, as seen on Meghan Collison's opaque leather look by Givenchy. Opposing this dark force are sheer panels and daring cut-outs, modeled by Ondria Hardin for Emilio Pucci.

Leather and Lace. Valentino combines two of Fall's major trends - the little red dress and decorative cutwork. Ruby Aldrige wears a beautiful red long-sleeved laser-cut leather dress with high-neck. Erdem uses sheer lace with a bright coloured underlay in this lingerie inspired look worn by Argentinian model Tati Cotliar.

Masculine Mode. We have not yet escaped the menswear trend this Fall, in fact, it has only become more prominent. Chunky knits, stripes and plaid and tailored trousers with a hint of military design. From left: Brazil's Aline Weber in Junya Watanabe, Julia Nobis is sleek in Christopher Kane and Kori Richardson in a sophisticated look by Haider Ackermann.

Velvet Days and Burgundy Nights. Gucci gives us the luxurious feel of velvet in a navy blue animal print dress, seen on Hailey Clauson. The burgundy colour trend has already caught on like wildfire, Hind Sahli wears a specked bordeaux dress by Jason Wu.

Two Toned Glamour. Two very different ways of wearing duotone - Anouk Lepére makes a striking appearance in a black and white Lanvin mini, swirled with voluminous ruffles and accented with red hot heels and gloves. Stella McCartney takes a more streamlined, sports luxe approach to winter dressing in this sexy urbane gown worn by Kate King.

The Patterned Power Suit. Pack away that plain black suit, prints and patterns are the order of the day, with abstract art and bold graphics painted upon masculine tailored jackets and trousers. Dries van Noten gets creative with bold patches of eastern inspired art, modeled by Hanne Gaby Odeile. Anais Mali dons a fully printed square geometric suit by Prada.

Textured. Chanel updates tweed and jeans in charcoal grey with a tinge of metallic for 2012. Romanian model Diana Dondoe wears a three piece look from the collection. Dominican dame Marihenny Rivera displays cozy fur couture in a cloud of white by Alexander McQueen.

Innovative shapes and prints. Mary Katrantzou brings forth futuristic structures in inventive digital prints, as seen on Jay Shin. Proenza Schouler redefines Oriental print and costume design, giving it a more modern appeal, as worn by Magda Laguinge.

Each of these outfits and accessories are available for purchase at Nordstrom.

Which of these trends are you inspired to try out this Fall?

Lauren Conrad's Fashion Line for Kohl's

Lauren Conrad has proved that she is much more than just a Reality TV star. She's written three bestselling books, runs her own beauty website and is the design diva behind two fashion lines - her own called Paper Crown, and one for US retailer, Kohl's, called the LC Lauren Conrad Collection. For Fall 2011 Lauren collaborated with Kohl's on a clothing range that's both pretty and affordable.

Lauren's personal style is conveyed by the flirty florals, pleated skirts, 70's style blouses, boyfriend blazers, girly dresses and dainty jewellery. Ballet flats, wedges and platform loafers also form part of the range. I like that this collection is cohesive throughout, with a touch of vintage elegance melded into the peach toned palette. Every piece costs just under $100 / R700, with sale items under $50 / R350. See more at Kohls.com

Mango Fall/Winter 2011

Mango Fashion Campaign
featuring Isabeli Fontana

Gorgeous Brazilian supermodel, Isabeli Fontana is the newest brand ambassador for Mango. The well-known Spanish clothing brand chose the Victoria's Secret model for "her extraordinary beauty and naturalness." Isabeli represents the two sides of their Winter 2011 collection; ultra sexy femme fatale and masculine elegance. Each side is differentiated by the styling - tousled waves with smokey eyes, and slicked back locks with striking red lips.

A primarily black colour scheme runs throughout the range, with dashes of leopard print and polka dots. The collection is a mix of glitzy cocktail dresses, leather and faux fur, classic coats, luxe knits, mini skirts and impeccably tailored suits. I love the gold-tipped black shoes and embellished clutch bags.

With their Winter 2011 range, Mango seeks to style the modern, dynamic and independent woman. While the rest of you dress for success in one of these polished looks, us in South Africa will only be receiving the range next year.
