I was never the flared midi-skirt type of gal, but I have to say I was also bitten by the midi-length "bug" because now I love them and I don't know why I didn't like this type of skirt before. I guess that's the effect that fashion has on personal style, right? Very recently I've added two pleated midi skirts to my wardrobe: a black pleated one from Asos that you've already see me wearing recently and a pale pink voile midi-skirt by H&M, a very affordable option IMO.

I am still not sure about the midi skirt trend. I am just not sure if those skirts would look weird on me. I think they look great on others but I cannot really imagine them on myself.

I haven't always been a fan, but the more I see of them the more I like them! That first ASOS skirt is especially cute.
I'm crazy about the midi skirt trend, I just wish more of them were a bit more affordable. Asos seems to always have a great selection of midis! I've been lucky enough to purchase a few more affordable ones from h&m :)

Hi Sam! I love this trend too, I still dont own one but Im planning to soon get it! Even though, I dont know if it could suit me since I usually dont wear heels and it is a kind of skirt it is great with them, at least in my opinion. I don't like it, I'm afraid. I think skirts this length just look kinda frumpy, no matter how you style them. The models can still pull it off I guess, but I bet that most people can't.

I love the Midi skirt in any colour or pattern. This is really one of those clothing pieces I feel was made for me. I wear them a lot at work. Top shop really has some nice stuff- I don't really buy their stuff or visit the store.

I really like these skirts but I still have to work on enough confidence to show my legs. Maybe I'm ready until summer? ;)
I have to admit that I miss the occasional cookie here and there or for dessert and another problem (?) is that you have to check every single ingredient list. I would have never thought that there is sugar in toast! But I guess it's also a good thing that you realize it.
The meat and alcohol is not that much of a problem.
I really like midi skirt and I am happy that midi skirts are continuing to be a trend this season as well as I really wanted to buy midi skirt last summer, but I didn't find exactly what I was looking for! Hopefully I have more luck this season! :)

I'm having a hard time getting into the midi-skirt trend, but the Asos Chic skirts numbers 2 & 4 might manage to change my mind. Some of the really retro ones that look like they belong in the 50s are really pretty too. The great thing is that the length makes them work appropriate.
