Friday Frills - Being Thoughtful

You Are Thoughtful When...

You are guided by the facts,
no matter how unpalatable they may be.

You realize that the right way
and the expedient way are not always the same.

You learn from the mistakes of others,
without rejoicing in their failures.

You put the needs of others before your own,
and tend to their wishes before they ask.

You consider the personalities
and feelings of others when searching for solutions.

You know that doing the little things for others
will occupy the biggest part of their hearts.

You know when to speak and when to keep silent;
When to act and when to wait.

You do good for the benefit of others,
without expecting anything in return.

You are humble enough
to acknowledge wisdom in others.

You are careful in your use of words,
and think sensibly before saying them out loud.

When you admit that reality is greater
than the sum total of your own experiences.

Have you exercised thoughtfulness this week?

It's all so true and I admit I need to work on some points... but at least I try to keep quiet many times t avoid conflict, cause I always think (or normally) "do you want to be right or do you want to be happy?" It's when it's unbearable that I say something - but then it turns that after a 100 insults, once you say something and then people say "she's horrible!" :) I like, particularly, learning from people's mistakes but not rejoicing in their failure. I agree with that, although many people don't learn from other's mistakes and... rejoice a lot in their failure,. This is a bit of a sad world, isn't it? denisesplanet.com

I exercise thoughtfulness everyday if not helping people at work or stopping to help some stranger with direction when I know I'm going to be late for work, also I visit all bloggers to read their post without waiting for them to visit me first. Have a great weekend doll.

Thoughtfulness really goes a long way! Just doing this small act can really change a persons day! Working in the medical field this is something that I really try and use towards all my patients and it's crazy how much brighter they get! Thoughtfulness is something you are definitely good at! ;) Have a great weekend!

Hi Sam! These words are just flawless and so beautiful! But being too much thoughtful is also a big risk as there are many people who take advantage and think that being so is like being weak! And for me is totally wrong! Btw, I do believe in this quote so much. And today let me tell you you chose the most gorgeous photo too! Wish you a wonderful weekend dear, kisses! xo

Nobody's perfect. What matters is that, we learn from our own mistakes and the mistakes of others. Let's keep on learning!!
