Flushed Pink

Pretty Pink Blushes

One of my makeup must-haves is a rosy pink blush. Even if you don't put anything else on, a sweet pink blush will give you a healthy, peaches-and-cream glow. These are my picks of the best pink blushes that are currently in stores.

Top Row
Rimmel London blush in Spring Fever. A trio of berry pinks that can be used alone or combined to create a multi-tonal look. A great budget buy.
Clarins Blush Prodige Illuminating Cheek Colour in Rose Wood. Two complementary shades in an elegant gold compact. There's a matte shade for sculpting and an shimmering powder that highlights.
Bobby Brown Shimmer Brick in Rose. Five iridescent rows of colour from frosty pink to deep sandalwood. It's better suited for a night out, due to the glimmering effect it creates. It can also be used as eye-shadow.

Middle Row
L'oréal Paris True Match Blush in Rosewood. This warm tinged, jigsaw-print blush is designed to naturally blend into your skin tone. It makes a good handbag companion, as it comes with it's own brush and mirror.
Clinique Fresh Bloom Allover in Plum Poppy. The beautiful floral design is not the only alluring factor about this blush. It is a long-wearing powder that's subtle and multi-tonal. It can be applied all over the face to create a radiant glow or just on your cheeks for a rosy hue.
Yves Saint Laurent Touche Blush in Rose. Pack away your make-up brush, this innovative little pink pot comes with it's own built-in sponge applicator. Lightly dab on for naturally flushed cheeks.

Bottom Row
Dior Shimmer Star Pressed Powder in Rose Diamond. Several stars of gleaming colour make up this stylish compact. It is enriched with Jeweled Microdust that give cheeks the ultimate sweep of luminosity.
Givenchy Le Prisme Blush in Blooming Fuchsia. Swirl your brush around four blocks of colour to get a sheer, multi-dimensional look. The blush is made using Givenchy's cutting edge particle atomization technique.
Chanel Joues Contraste Powder Blush in Rose Écrin. This spiced pink blush is from Chanel's Fall 2011 Collection. It has a shimmery, rather than frosty finish and the colour can be built up towards an intensity that you prefer.

Get tickled pink with one of these pretty pink blushes, available at selected Edgars and Red Square stores.

One Gold Dress To Rule Them All

Balmain Fall 2010 Dress

The movie Lord of the Rings centers around a precious gold ring that all in Middle Earth were besotted with. The One ring allowed it's wearer to rule over all others. Everyone wanted a part of it's magic. This gold Balmain dress is a lot like that. It has a magnetic appeal that has enthralled fashion editors the world over, covering more than 10 magazines. The sparkly and sexy dress caught my eye today when I bought my copy of Cleo magazine, with Lea Michele glittering on the cover.

What is it about this 'It' dress that is so intoxicating? It has a wrap over design with deep v-neck and exaggerated shoulders. The gold beaded brocade draws you in with it's luminous charm and shimmering texture. It also photographs radiantly, the colour looking so different in each picture.

Top Row
Claudia Schiffer adorns the cover of Germany's Zeit Magazine. She was chosen for their 40th Anniversary issue. She wore the dress with a metallic gold belt and blonde waves.
Aussie model Abbey Lee Kershaw wore the dress for Vogue Germany's August 2010 issue. The picture has a darker tone to it and leopard print font.
Cindy Crawford looks as good as any 20-year-old model in the dress. She wore it on the cover of Vogue India in October 2010, with several gold necklaces.

Middle Row
The dress made an appearance on Vogue España in November 2010. German model Toni Garrn wore it for a group picture.
Romanian magazine, The One, featured Dana Budeanu on their November 2010 cover. The dress is shown against a clear, white background. The dress seems slightly big for her.
Harper's Bazaar
UK chose Natalia Vodianova to close the year on their December 2010 cover. The lighting places emphasis on the shine of the dress.

Bottom Row
Anne Hathaway is yet another star that sparkles in the dress. She wore it on the cover UK Elle December 2010.
Vogue Russia began January 2011 with the gilded dress on the cover, worn by Alina Kabaeva. It was styled without the plunging neckline.
The dress finally made it to a South African cover, with Lea Michele gracing Cleo July 2011. She wears it with a fresh, youthful appeal.

The famed dress worn on the runway by Anja Rubik

Are you captivated by this little gold treasure as yet? Then don't let the price dissuade you. The dress costs $31 000, which in South African terms is about R213 930. Let's see...buy a new car or a gold Balmain dress? Such a tough choice! ;)

Tuesday Thrills - French Sole Shoes

French Sole
Ballet Flats

My recent experiences with heels have not been good ones. I wear them only for formal occasions and after the first ten minutes, I'm limping and dragging my feet, wishing I had worn flats instead. Ideally, a pretty pair by French Sole.

Founded 22 years ago by British shoe designer, Jane Winkworth, French Sole specializes in making and selling only ballerina style shoes. These shoe gems are manufactured in Spain, making use of the best Italian and Spanish materials. Jane's designs are cute, functional and most importantly, comfortable. They cater for half sizes as well as special sizes for broader or narrower feet. Super, is there anything more we could ask for? Oh yes, French Soles are affordable too.

 1. Simple in metallic. I like the graphite colour of this shoe, it's versatile and will match well with anything. It has a chocolate coloured trim. $87 or R600.
2. Sturdy in black and white. This classic quilted pair is reminiscent of Chanel's two-tone flats. An elegant addition to any outfit. $92 or R632.90
3. Annie in red and black. This tweed pair is my favourite, with it's houndstooth fabric, simple style with a punk rock edge. Also available in black & white and burgundy & olive. $131 or R904.
4. Simple in lime. This unique piece is a vibrant mix of lime green with black and brown leopard print and hot pink edging. Adorable and eye catching. This style is also available in bright blue and red. $90 or R621.
5. Harriet in red. These quilted flats add a red spark to a neutral coloured outfit. It has a beige trim, and will look great with denims. Available in many colours, including navy, lime, beige, grey and black. $108 or R745
6. Camilla in silver. A favourite of Kate Moss, this swanky pair features a metallic silver tip, black leather bow and is covered in black and white lace. I'm already throwing out my silver stilettos for a pair of these. $131 or R904.
7. Paris Wedge in baby blue and black. Slip into a pair of these chic French inspired shoes. It has a patent leather tip and quilted frame. It also comes in black and beige and black and lilac. $169 or R1166.
8. Henrietta in zebra print. Black and white zebra print was a trend seen on SA's catwalks earlier this year. The pink trim adds a little something extra. $101 or R697.
9. Mariposa in black. Elegant ballet flats that be worn up or down. It comes in black or nude patent leather, with a decorative girly bow. $159 or R1097.

Vogue named French Sole shoes as 'the prettiest ballet flats around', while Glamour magazine voted them 'The Best Ballet Flats'. With dozens of colours, finishes and styles to chose from, it's so easy to fall head over heels for French Sole shoes. Buy them at www.frenchsole.com

Monique Lhuillier Resort 2012

Monique Lhuillier brings forth glamour and gorgeous gowns for her Resort 2012 Collection. The Filipino born designer chose a vast palette of colours for her new range, starting with pristine white, moving into summer pinks and oranges, to darker shades of blue. She remains steadfast in her feminine design aesthetic, there is no shortage of ruffles here. These are some of the pieces from the collection.

Navy blue and white usually remind me of nurses uniforms, but Monique manages to capture an elegant side to these two colours. There's the white ruffle wrap-over dress and navy ruffled collar mini. Shades of blue replace the typical animal print colours.

Tropical coloured taffeta gowns make a splash with textured mini ruffles and ballgown silhouettes. Coral sets the scene for printed dresses, which are dusted with a bit of lavender. I see these styles being Matric farewell favourites. I love the lavender chiffon gown, which has a tulle skirt covered in floral appliqués (pictured bottom right).

Embellished tulle princess gowns complete the outstanding collection.

He's Just Not That Into You

Advice from The Friendship Files

We've seen the movie, read the book and had lengthy discussions about it with our friends. So on this edition of the 'Friendship Files', I asked my galpals to share their experiences and advice on how to tell when that guy is just not that into you. This is what they came up with.

Signs That He's Just Not That Into You

*He finds every excuse as to why he can't attend that party/wedding/dinner with you. And you haven't even mentioned the date yet.
*When he still makes you pay for your share at dinner even though he can totally afford to foot the full bill.
*He never introduces you to anyone he knows.
*He only calls you at the last minute to invite you out - which means you are his 'back-up' plan when his initial plans didn't work out.
*When he stops doing the 'normal' things with you.
*He doesn't take your calls if he sees your number on his screen...however he answers seconds later when you call from private number.
*You catch him checking out the waitress at the restaurant when you're on a date together.
*He always shows up late. If a guy is into you, he won't want to lose a single precious minute with you.
*When he doesn't ask you to be his date at work-related functions.
*You're together for four years and you still don't have a ring around your finger. If he can't commit after that long, will he ever?
*He takes you out to far out and obscure places on dates and constantly looks around nervously to see if there's anyone that he knows.
*He doesn't make longterm plans with you.
*When spending time with his boys takes preference over spending time with you.
*When he introduces you to his friends by your name only - not staking his claim and labeling you as his lady.
*When he buys you socks for your birthday.
*He never leaves his phone unattended and never lets you browse through it.
*When his behaviour makes you start questioning him.
*He changes his email/Facebook password when he finds out you've figured it out.
*When he makes every excuse in the book as to why he can't meet your parents.
*He always takes his calls in the next room and claims it's 'work'.
*When he names his pet female dog after you.
*He says that he's somewhere that he isn't.
*He cancels his plans with you at the last minute.
*He sends out 100 BBM's per minute while he's on a date with you.
*If you're always the one asking to meet up or calling.
*He pretends not to see you at the mall then turns and walks the other away as fast as he can.
*He waits three days after a date to call you. If a guy is really into you, he will call you immediately to let you know what a great a time he had.
*When he is not prepared to be faithful to you.
*He says he's out on a business lunch, at 8 in the evening, on a Sunday, on Valentines Day.
*He doesn't call when he says he will.
*He stands you up on your first date
*If he doesn't answer his phone, reply your messages or is always too busy to meet up, well then...he just doesn't want to.

Thanks to all my lovely galpals for contributing. Hope this list helps girls out there read in between the lines and jump out before their ship sinks.

Stylista of the Week - Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Stylish Star
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

The beautiful Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is currently circling the globe, to promote her new movie 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon'. The British actress replaces Megan Fox as the eye candy of the popular movie franchise. The former model looked stunning at all events, she really knows how to glam things up.

In Brazil, Rosie wore a sleeveless black chiffon dress with sheer slitted skirt by Michael Kors. She paired it with a leather buckled belt and ankle strap sandals, both by the same designer.

In Moscow, the actress was pretty in a slinky pink dress, again by Michael Kors. The striking colour, silky fabric, straight neckline and simple draping are a great match for her tall and slender silhouette. Pointy toe pumps complete her look.

Later in Moscow, Rosie was bewitching in Gucci. I love the intriguing olive green asymmetrical top, layered with tiny frills and topped off with a large floral posy. The dress fell in a sheer black skirt.

Rosie shimmered in Germany, wearing a fully sequined silver gown by Naeem Khan. I like the cap-sleeves with the mermaid skirt. She looks amazing.

For the London premiere, Rosie opted for a custom made gown by Burberry. The silky midnight blue gown has a plunging halter neckline and embellished back straps. I can't wait to see what she will wear next.

Looks of The Week

My Best & Worst Fashion Picks of the Week

Top Three

Diane Kruger stunned at the Amfar Inspiration Gala in Paris. The actress wore a crimson draped gown with plunging neckline by Yves Saint Laurent. She even matched her lipstick to her dress. I just wish she did something other than the ballerina hair bun.

Sofia Vergara attended the Harry Winston Midnight Timepiece launch in New York City. The Columbian actress was splendid in a white lace 'Mia' dress from Marchesa's Bridal Fall 2011 collection. The bodice has a folded over peplum design. Sofia wore champagne satin slingbacks by Giuseppe Zanotti.

Model and actress Molly Sims wears a pretty chiffon maxi dress in lavender by Alice + Olivia. She added a skinny belt and flat sandals to her summer Hampton's holiday look.

At The Bottom

Fergie was also in Paris at the Amfar Inspiration Gala. Some people are taking this 'Black Swan' style thing too far. The Black Eyed peas singer was ready to take flight in a furry black leather coat, black shorts, black bodysuit, black tights and black cage boots. Might I add - she's wearing fur in Spring.

Heidi Klum wore a printed Tibi dress with bright green tights and royal blue YSL heels. Tights this green should only be worn at Christmas time, that too, only by Santa's elves.

Busy Phillips
won 'Best Supporting Actress' at the Critics Choice Television Awards on Monday. The styling of her blue Juan Carlos Obando watercolour dress is too kindergarten. There's the flounced hem, with the schoolgirl side plait and candy green arm accessories. Then there's the sandals with the ankle monitor bracelets. Definitely a 'crime' of fashion.

Sienna Miller Style

Sienna Miller
Lace Dresses

These are two lovely looks from one of my favourite style icons, Sienna Miller. The British actress is an expert at mixing up hard and soft elements, feminine lines with edgy accessories. This week, she wore two different, but equally delightful lace dresses.

Left
Sienna was spotted at a Ralph Lauren store in London, wearing one of their designs. She chose an ivory lace dress with high neck and three quarter flounce sleeves. She played down the femininity of the dress by pairing it with grungy black boots and a black studded bag.

Right
Sienna wears an alluring black dress by Diane von Furstenberg. The silk lace dress has a sheer sleeveless top, ribbon waistband and soft pleating. Sienna's strappy black heels are by Burberry. She contrasted the delicate dress with a chain and rubber bag by Paco Rabanne.

I would love both these dresses in my closet.

Who Wore Victoria Beckham Better?

Who Wore it Better?
Victoria Beckham SS 2011 Dress

This week, Olivia Palermo wore a dress from Victoria Beckham's Spring 2011 line, which was worn by Victoria Beckham herself last year. The tangerine shift dress has a high round neck, three quarter sleeves and a black trim.

Olivia wore the dress to the screening of 'The Ledge' in New York on Tuesday. Victoria wore the dress first in November 2010 for an outing in Mayfair, London. Both ladies wore their hair in a sleek upstyle.

Olivia styled the dress with a gorgeous cerise pink rose clutch bag by Sondra Roberts. She wore leopard print and wooden platforms by Charlotte Olympia.

Victoria carried a classic black leather bag from her own collection. She wore these stunning two-tone satin pumps with pearl trim by Chanel.

I like the fit of the dress on Victoria, her look is also more classic and simple. Olivia is on-trend with the bright orange colour, animal print and colour block effect. Which Style Icon wore it better?

Donna Karan Resort 2012

For Resort 2012, Donna Karan presents an ingenious red, black and white collection. I love the striking combination of these three colours, they go so well together. The pieces incorporate a cotton spandex fabric blend, that's comfortable and stretchy. There's a play on proportion with fitted tops and flair A-line skirts. Motorcycle gear got a chic overhaul with sporty racer jackets, zip-up coats and colour-blocked panels. Party dresses are effortless and stylish - all you need are a pair of heels and you're ready to go.

There are body-con dresses that flatter slimmer figures, while fuller skirts hide that extra bit of winter weight. I like the effect of the last skirt on the right, with the white underlay visible from underneath the black.

Donna took a modern approach to the 50's style dress with interesting structural designs. I love the ethereal ivory tulle stripe dress with origami pleating.

The draped column gowns are such classic pieces. A stunning strapless black mermaid gown completed the sophisticated collection.

Who Wore Dolce & Gabbana Better?

Who Wore It Better?
Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2011 Dress

This one is going to be tough. Five stunning stars in the exact same mini by Dolce & Gabbana. What makes this little white dress so special? It is made from macramé lace and has a high round neck, sliver beaded waistband and is adorned with a spray of Swarovski crystals.

Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio dazzled in the dress, which she wore to a Victoria's Secret event in May. She showed off her enviable long legs in strappy stilettos. I don't really like the straightened hair with it.

Kate Bosworth
added a military touch to the dress with an army green jacket and black lace up ankle boots. She wore it in March 2011 for the launch of her Nylon magazine cover. Her hair had a natural wavy look to it. Such a pretty dress, she shouldn't have covered it up with that jacket.

Most recently, Selena Gomez donned the famous frock for her stint as the MuchMusic Video Awards host this week. Selena looked lovely with her hair in upstyled messy waves. She took a sexy dress and made it look sweet and charming.

The first to debut the D&G dress on the red carpet was German actress Diane Kruger, back in February. Diane had her hair up in a neat bun and paired the dress with nude Brian Atwood pumps. It seems lifeless on her.

Portuguese model Sara Sampaio chose the dress for a fashion event in Lisbon in March 2011. She dressed it up with metallic gold heels and a clutch bag. The dress fits her too loosely compared to the others.

The dress was worn on the runway by Russian model Anna Selezneva

This dress has also been popular among fashion editors. It has appeared on several magazine covers since the beginning of the year.

Amanda Seyfried cuddled a cute cat for the cover of Korean Elle magazine's June 2011 issue.

Scarlett Johansson showed off her shorter hairstyle on the cover of Vogue China in April 2011. You can see the detailing of dress really nicely in this photo.

Katy Perry covered the Summer edition of Canada's Fashion magazine.

Spanish model Sheila Marquez looks incredible on the cover of Marie Claire Spain July 2011.

My picks for 'Who Wore it Better' are Selena and Katy Perry. I think the contrast of their dark wavy locks against the pale white dress looks beautiful. Their soft rosy make-up amplifies this feminine look. Who were your favourites?

Clemence Poésy poses for InStyle Magazine

Clemence Poésy
US InStyle Magazine July 2011

Clemence Poésy gained famed after appearing in Harry Potter, In Bruges and several episodes of Gossip Girl. The French actress graces the fashion pages of InStyle magazine's July 2011 issue. The photoshoot has a 60's Italian vintage feel to it and sees Clemence pose against the beautiful backdrop of Portofino.

Clemence wears a strapless polka dot (not my favourite print) dress by Dolce & Gabbana. Her beehive hairstyle works so well with the theme. Right - she mixes prints with a striped Petit Bateau top and Early Halloween NYC vintage skirt. Her tie up espadrilles are by Vidoretta. She accessorizes with a sailor hat by Eugenia Kim and striped straw bag by Hat Attack.

Clemence's look is nautical inspired with a navy blue cashmere jumper by Ralph Lauren Black Label and orange Vince jeans. She also wears a DPC Offshore twill hat, yellow scarf and shoes by Espadrillesetc.com. Right - Clemence looks cute in a Wolford poloneck and bright yellow high waisted shorts by Peter Som. Her red patent leather and raffia wedges are by Manolo Blahnik. She dons Dior sunglasses and a green headscarf.

Clemence glamorizes resort wear in a silk print dress by Oscar de la Renta. Her look is kept young by the addition of bright green bangles and yellow sunflower earrings by Yochi Lucite. Right - Clemence makes a trip to the market in a red and white cotton crochet dress by D&G. Her hair is tied in a yellow bandana. She carries a Family Jewels Vintage Clothing handbag and wears matching red and white sandals by Castaner.

A Weekend Wedding in KZN

Close family weddings are always something to look forward to. They don't happen often, but when they do, it turns out to be a wondrous and unforgettable event. This weekend, I attended the wedding of my dearest cousin, (who is more like a brother to me), in sunny KZN. We were more than happy to leave the bitterly cold weather behind and travel across the country to the warm and welcoming coast.

The wheel of festivities starting spinning on Thursday, with an intimate luncheon for 60 people; and it didn't stop from there. We held function upon function, all remarkably organized by my Aunt Nas, who is an events co-ordinator extraordinaire. She could easily take over from Colin Cowie. On Thursday night, the guests were all surprised by a show and dance, led by the groomsmen. We were in stitches when they showed up in wigs, dresses, stockings and stilettos. I must admit they dance better in heels than I do. It ended with the usual fun tradition where everyone was caught in storm of talcum powder.

Friday had us scurrying around, as we had two pre-wedding events to set up. A huge lunch and later that evening, a braai bash for 400. It took a small, dedicated army three hours to transform an empty hall into an exquisitely decorated venue. Amidst all the chaos, my cousin Ray and I still had to write the wedding speech. We used the Bed & Breakfast as a boardroom and with the help of a few family members, the speech was drafted into quite an epic one.

The anticipation finally culminated on Saturday at a grand wedding reception for a thousand people. We all love an excuse to get dressed up in custom made gowns and have our make-up and hair done. Although, my curls fell apart even before I reached the venue. I think the stylist used water spritzer as hairspray. The vintage styled decor came together elegantly with ivory lace over lavender tablecloths, antique gold frames and mirrors, crystal candelabras and pink and lilac roses. The bride was gorgeous in a fully beaded fishtail gown with lace veil, and the groom handsome in a black tux. The smitten couple were unfazed by the large crowd and constant flash photography.

In a short five hours the beautiful ceremony was over and our lives had to sadly go back to normal. In an attempt to extend the weekend, we decided to throw an 'after-party', which didn't work out according to plan, as we couldn't find a venue open after 12:30am. Eventually, the beachfront Elangeni Hotel lent the thirty of us their second floor lounge and room service menu. It took one and a half hours to get our order - toasted cheese and coffee has never tasted as good as it did at 3 in the morning.

With the whirlwind of a weekend over, we returned home and back to the cold yesterday. I woke up this morning with a massive hangover, aching feet, a terrible migraine and a bronchitis. But it was all worth it. I had a chance to bond with my awe-inspiring family, spend time with my adorable little cousins, pose for dozens of portraits, mint our own money, share tears after a heartfelt speech, laugh till our sides hurt, and create wonderful memories that we'll talk about when we're all old and grey.

Badgley Mischka Resort 2012

Design team Badgely Mischka have created a beautiful range of evening wear for their Resort 2012 Collection. The colour palette in this range is diverse, boasting sensational shades of hot pink, greens, purple and twilight blues. They have transformed the ordinary cocktail dress into something more extravagant. The evening gowns have all been designed to include a certain 'wow' factor.

Wearing one of these party dresses will undoubtedly get you noticed. An interesting 3D effect has been used on the apricot orange dress and the white one (bottom right). Top middle is a strapless cerise dress that graduates into different coloured frills. Sparkle is also scattered on a few dresses, as are huge cascading bows.

Some of the evening gowns are longer versions of the cocktail dresses. Each of these dresses has a significant design feature that stands out. One of my favourite picks is the aubergine empire waist gown, pictured bottom left. The lavender ombre gown with feathered skirt is a definite show stopper.

Trend of the Week - Sea Green Dresses

This week I was delighted to see a variety of sea green dresses worn by celebs. Dark or light, this is my favourite colour of the moment. It's such a tranquil shade, making one think of exotic beaches and pistachio ice cream.

Cameron Diaz looked chic in Berlin, wearing a mint green shirt dress by Akris. It is well paired with a tan double layered belt by Phillip Lim and strappy Sergio Rossi heels.

Dusky beauty Eva Longoria wears an asymmetrical Chantilly lace dress in light teal, which is by Monique Lhuillier. I'm not fond of the chunky satin heels with it but Eva still manages to look fabulous.

Emma Roberts showed off her classic style at the 'Today Show' in New York. The actress wore a pretty ice mint silk organza dress with black frilled collar. It is by Saudi Arabian designer, Razan Alazzouni. Emma paired the dress with black Brian Atwood pumps.

Elle Fanning is dressed in a gorgeous frock by Marc Jacobs' Resort 2012. Her tulle turquoise gown is adorned with flower motifs. Elle contrasted the green hue with coral coloured heels by Chanel.

Blake Lively in Chanel

Blake Lively in Chanel
Green Lantern Movie Premiere

Chanel mascot, Blake Lively attended the premiere of her new movie, 'Green Lantern' in LA this weekend. The actress wore an angelic white gown from Chanel's Spring 2009 Couture line. The short-sleeved dress is decorated with floral appliqués and has a sheer embroidered skirt. She wore her hair to the side in a tangled plait. It's nice to see Blake wearing something other than a short, fitted dress.

Street Style - AnnaLynne McCord

Stylista
AnnaLynne McCord

I am currently stylelovin' AnnaLynne McCords savvy street wear. The 90210 actress has such an alluring sense of personal style. She never sticks to a specific fashion genre and experiments with different looks. Her style moves from tomboyish to feminine overnight, always interesting and never bland.

These are some of the outfits AnnaLynne has been sporting on the streets of New York within the last few months. You will notice that Anna favours her Ray-Ban sunglasses, beaded necklaces, brown Miu Miu bag, scarves, knitted cardigans and her suede knee-length boots.

Short & Sleek
Anna takes advantage of short lengths that show off her slender figure and great legs.

1. She wears a masculine white blazer by Alice + Olivia with a white t-shirt and denim cuffed shorts. She paired it with red loafers and chunky beads.
2. Anna wears bright yellow shorts with a printed tank top. I like her cute fedora. She wears the same red loafers and beads.
3. Her navy blue Alice + Olivia dress is worn with a yellow belt and perforated tan Oxfords. She also wears strings of black beads.
4. Anna's nautical look features a white shorts, a red and white striped tee and grey blazer. She wears cute red flats, a gold necklace and white scarf.

Denim Diva
AnnaLynne is 70's inspired in high waisted denim flares. She wears the same brown belt throughout.

1. She wears a white pair of flares with a beige top and short denim jacket. Her look is accessorized with brown moccasins, army green beads and a fedora.
2. A cute floral tank accompanies her dark denim flares, along with indigo beads.
3. Her well-fitted pair of jeans look great with a tucked in blouse and high platforms.
4. A lighter wash denim jeans is teamed with a printed tank, wedge heels and her favourite two-tone Miu Miu bag.

Bohemian Queen
AnnaLynne is also fond of muted colours, chunky knits and bohemian style dresses.

1. She wears an Alice + Olivia flutter slip dress with a long cream cardigan, suede boots, a fedora and long beaded chains.
2. Anna's peachy-pink maxi skirt is worn with a white vest and fringed scarf.
3. A white bustier dress is coupled with the same chunky cardi, lilac printed scarf and her trusty suede boots. She also wears burgundy knee-high socks.
4. Her long floral hippy style dress is worn with a light pink cardigan, beige scarf, beads and the same beige suede boots.

Preppy Chic
One of my favourite AnnaLynne's styles is the collegiate look.
1. She is swish in suit trousers with a skinny belt, fitted white shirt and checked tie. She stands tall in brown platforms.
2. AnnaLynne's pinafore is teamed with a white buttoned tee, purple tie and charcoal cardigan. She also wears the high socks and boots combo with it.
3. A dark grey pants is put together with a white tucked-in shirt, green satin tie and leather jacket. She adds colour with ruby red heels.
4. Anna looks cute in a navy school girl skirt, white shirt, striped tie and cardigan. She finished her look with tie-up espadrilles.

AnnaLynne's street style is original and unpredictable from one day to the next. She doesn't strictly follow trends and makes use of interesting accessories to add flair and character to each of her looks. I can't wait to see what style she trials out next.
