Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2014
This weekend saw Hollywood's youngest stars bring their fashion flair to what is technically the 'Orange' Carpet at the the 27th Annual Nickelodean Kids' Choice Awards. I honestly don't know half of these teen actresses, but I'm guessing if you ask any 8 year old, they will be able to point them out. So in case you missed it, this is a recap of all the Spring inspired outfits from the KCA's.
Going Green

| Bella Thorne kept her look simple and uncomplicated in an emerald green Valentino romper, worn with gold metallic Christian Louboutin shoes. Victoria Justice was printed in all shades of green, wearing an eye-catching Atelier Versace strapless dress with Jimmy Choo sandals. Debbie Ryan looked polished in a black BCBG cropped tank top and green leather wrapover Sportmax skirt. Black ankle strap Stuart Weitzman sandals style her outfit. |

| Genevieve Hannelius looked adorable in a black and white printed Aqua romper, highlighted with a neon belt and bag. Zoey Deutch took advantage of the good weather in a tree-illustrated shorts set by Osman. Amber Montana teamed her white shorts with a tangerine top and statement necklace and wedge heels. Olivia Holt also opted for shorts in an attractively printed one-piece by Angelys Balek, adding orange Chelsea Paris shoes to her outfit. Kaley Cuoco underwhelmed in darkly hued leather trimmed Rebecca Minkoff shorts suit with chunky heels. |

| Gigi Hadid went sporty with a cropped pair of casual white sweatpants, vividly contrasted by an electric blue top and ankle boots. Zendaya Coleman paired her Free People denim cut-off shorts with a white pearl and jewel embellished Oscar de la Renta top and Chanel shoes. Nicole Peltz showed off her slender physique in a crisp white cropped tank and pencil skirt by Calvin Klein, her nude strappy sandals by Saint Laurent. |

Coco Jones was vibrantly decked in a yellow corset top with string detail and a royal blue floral printed pencil skirt, styled with bold blue heels. Selena Gomez, who skipped the red carpet, is pictured backstage in a landscaped painted Dolce & Gabbana look with yellow trims. Not impressed at all actually! ;) Zendaya's chanel boots are amazing and Peta's little black ensemble is very fashion forward! The rest of it is pretty forgettable... At least for ne !;)

I love all the prints! I'm really liking that trend for this season. My favorites are Selena Gomez, Katherine McNamara, and Peyton List. Her dress is so pretty with a touch of sexiness. Honestly, I don't even recognize most of these celebrities! I'm too old now! : )

Oh Sam, you are too cute... i don't even think i know any of them..maybe Ariana Grande. What i know is, and i am not trying to judge, is the fact that i see an unhealthy trend here. Most of them look dangerously skinny and i know it is the mean industry they are in. Pressure to look skinny and appealing for TV. Ugh, poor girls. Anyway, i like that they are dressed accordingly and having fun with colors and prints. My favorite though is Acacia Brinley. She looks stunning!

I've never heard of the orange carpet before. Some cute looks here. I like the 'Short Cut' and all the cobalt blue. I almost bought a cobalt blue top in Zara last week but hesitated as blue is not a colour I tend to wear but it looks great here with white. I may go back for it! Enjoy your week!

P.S. - About Time isn't entirely like that other movie (Time Traveler's Wife) because in this one, she doesn't know he can time travel and they have a very good relationship. And I'm not going to review The Grand Budapest Hotel on the blog, but I'll tell you that it was pretty good. To me, not as good as Fantastic Mr. Fox or Moonrise Kingdom, but still quite funny.
I think everyone is dressed so fun. I love the prints and colors.

It's so fun to see such a mix of fresh and youthful looks which are so appropriate for this event. I don't know who all of these ladies are but I do like the range of colorful and flirty dresses they wore.
I'm not sure what the Asian secret to staying youthful is but I do know that most Asian women avoid the sun from a young age and good genes never hurt either :)

Sam, This was such fun. How old are these sweet young things?
Loving Kaley Cuoco in the hsort cut category, and Sydney in Bright young Things. I think America Ferrrera stands out in Veronica Beard, and Selena Gomez looks so on trend in Dolce & Gabbana , with her pointy shoes. No one wowed me in the pink ombre, all too sweet and formulaic to me, but I loved all the looks of the three girls wearing the cropped tops! Great post!!!
